FARINGDON, UNITED KINGDOM – A man who admitted spying on another man while he was on the toilet had a fetish for homosexual toilet pornography, a court was told.

Christopher Mansford, of Marlborough Gardens, Faringdon, admitted a charge of voyeurism over the incident at a public toilet in Faringdon in August.

The 45-year-old, who is deaf, was fined £300 and ordered to pay £75 in costs when he appeared at Didcot Magistrates’ Court today.

The crime occurred on August 26 in Southampton Street public toilets.

Last August, Ian Mearns (52), from Glenhead Avenue in Dunmurry, used his mobile phone to film the 22-year-old, who was unaware the device was in the bathroom.
