FBI officials said they have arrested 48-year-old Michael David Barrett of Westmont, Illinois, at Chicago O’Hare International Airport on Friday.

Barrett has been arrested on federal charges of stalking the ESPN reporter, filming surreptitious videos of ESPN personality Erin Andrews while she was nude in two hotel rooms, and posting them online after trying to sell them to the celebrity gossip Web site TMZ.com, according to AP.

The charges were filed in Los Angeles, where TMZ is based, late Friday and the 31-year-old Andrews is identified in the criminal complaint as E.A.

What the complaint alleges?
According to E! Online, the federal complaint alleges that Barrett stalked Andrew “with the intent to harass, to place under surveillance with intent to harass and intimidate, and to cause substantial emotional distress to a person in another state, namely E.A., used facilities of interstate commerce, including cellular telephone networks, electronic mail, and Internet Web sites, to engage in a course of conduct that caused substantial emotional distress to E.A.”

As per the criminal complaint, Barrett checked into the same room where Andrews stayed. The complaint also alleges that he specifically asked for a room adjacent to Andrews when making his reservation.

When and where videos were shot?
The videos that surfaced in July were taken through a modified peephole while Andrews was undressing in two different hotel rooms.

AP reports that seven of the eight videos were shot while Andrews was alone and undressed in hotel rooms in Nashville, Tenn., in September 2008, and the investigators believe the eighth video was taken in a hotel in Milwaukee in July 2008.

Andrews, who works as a sideline reporter traveling around the country covering college football games, appeared on “The Oprah Winfrey Show” last month where she told the show host how much upset she was after the nude video clips of her began circulating on the Internet.

“I kept screaming: ‘I’m done. My career is over. I’m done. Get it off. Get it off the Internet,’” Andrews told Winfrey as she remembered talking to her father. “They thought I was physically injured, (that’s) how bad I was screaming.”

Peniche tried to leverage the controversy into a career, and knocked around on the Hollywood Z-list for a while. She got engaged to Backstreet Boy Nick Aaron Carter for a minute. There were a handful of TV and film roles, but lately, a source in Hollywood tells us, she’s ended up working as a madam, working the Hollywood club scene as “Tristan Bailey.” Her m.o.: When horny club dudes would hit on her, she’d tell them she was seeing someone…but, she could hook them up with someone who knew some smokin’ hotties-for-hire. Oh, and a fun fact: This isnt’t the first time Gayheart’s been seen naked and high in a hot tub. This past June, the National Enquirer printed a 2003 photo of her in a bathtub with an unidentified woman and a crack pipe. As Dane comments while his wife gets naked with another woman again, he pays Peniche, who’s facing a criminal investigation while they are not, a back-handed compliment: “You’re, like, a good hang. I see you on the street tomorrow, you’re one of Rebecca’s friends.”

Update: Dane and Gayheart’s adorable lawyer Marty Singer hasn’t sent us any legal threats yet, but he did get on the phone with TMZ to issue a threat against, well, us because the tape is “private, confidential.” I haven’t heard from him but you do have to chuckle when a man speaks of what he knows:

“From what I’ve seen it’s a naked tape, not a sex tape.” Singer added, “At most it’s 3 people maybe wanting to have sex.”

Oh, and look, his take-down request just arrived. Let me go read it.

The Post defended its publication of the images, while accusing the sports network of having outed Andrews in the first place.

ESPN on July 22 said it was banning Post reporters from appearing on the company’s programs because the newspaper published three photos from the video.

A newspaper spokeswoman declined to comment on the ban. She referred The Associated Press to an item on the Post’s gossip page published Thursday that takes ESPN to task for allegedly outing Andrews.

“No one would have known that a sick voyeur had secretly videotaped ESPN reporter Erin Andrews nude in her hotel room, if the Mickey Mouse sports network hadn’t sent a letter to an obscure Web site demanding that it take down its link to a fuzzy video of an unidentified blonde,” the Post said in its popular “Page 6” column.

The Post quoted ESPN spokesman Chris LaPlaca as saying the network is acting “in concert with Erin and her team.” A spokesman for the Bristol, Conn.-based company, which is owned by the Walt Disney Co., declined further comment Thursday.

ESPN executive editor John Walsh, in an interview Thursday on a syndicated radio show hosted by former ESPN employee Dan Patrick, called the Post’s coverage embarrassing and reprehensible to Andrews.

“We felt if we were the parents of the victim of this crime and we saw the words ‘New York Post’ on our air that we wouldn’t be doing justice to the person that we know is our colleague,” he said.

ESPN last week sent a letter to a Web site demanding that the video be removed. The person who posted the video didn’t identify the nude woman, but her attorney has confirmed the video was of the 31-year-old reporter.

Grossman previously told the AP that Andrews decided to confirm it was her “to put an end to rumor and speculation and to put the perpetrator and those who are complicit on notice that they act at their peril.”

Post reporters, including columnists Lenn Robbins, Kevin Kernan, Joel Sherman and Mark Cannizzaro, are regular guests on ESPN shows.

Andrews, a former University of Florida dance team member, was an Internet sensation even before the video’s circulation. Some Web sites have referred to her as “Erin Pageviews” because of the traffic she can generate, and Playboy magazine named her “sexiest sportscaster” in both 2008 and 2009. She has covered numerous sports for the network since 2004, often as a sideline reporter.

Berlusconi has sought to make light of the release this week of a series of tapes, saying Italians knew he was “no saint”. But he did not deny their authenticity, although his lawyer had earlier claimed they were fake.

In by far the most intimate recording so far, the prime minister purportedly discusses male orgasms and the advisability of female masturbation with Patrizia D’Addario, the escort who claims to have spent the night at his Rome residence last November.

D’Addario, who has said she made the recordings on her mobile telephone, supplied them to prosecutors in Bari who are investigating whether to bring charges against the businessman alleged to have arranged for her to visit Berlusconi.

The recording begins with D’Addario purportedly telling the prime minister that a young man “would have already come in a second”.

After the voice alleged to be Berlusconi’s says “the problem, in my opinion, is a family one”, D’Addario asks: “You know how long it is since I had sex the way I had it with you tonight?” She then answers her own question, saying: “Months. Not since I left my man. Is [that] normal?”

The reply is: “If I may, you ought to have sex by yourself. You ought to touch yourself with a certain frequency.”

In another recording posted to the web today, Berlusconi purportedly shows D’Addario and other women around his estate on Sardinia.

This is the third batch of tapes to be put up on websites by L’Espresso and its sister publication, the daily La Repubblica, in what has become an acrimonious trial of strength.

Berlusconi has denied that he was aware that D’Addario had been paid to visit him. She was one of several women recruited by a southern Italian businessman, Giampaolo Tarantini, to attend a party at the prime minister’s private residence. According to a recording released earlier, they were each paid €1,000 (£860), but expected more if they stayed the night.

Parents of students who attend Isabelle Jackson Elementary said that the woman is a good teacher, but just made a mistake that may become the most embarrassing moment of their life. (Video after the jump.)

The offending DVD starts with a menu screen that displays various school trips and functions, and when you click on one of them, you see kids in a classroom sharing stories. They start clapping, then the video suddenly cuts to sex.

“It goes from my son, straight to her on the couch,” said ‘Joe,’ who saw the video along with his son and did not wish to be identified. “My son’s reaction was, ‘Dad, is that Ms. Defanti?’”

“We were up till midnight doing the ‘birds and the bees,’” he added.

The person in the video turned out to be Isabelle Jackson Elementary fifth grade teacher Crystal Defanti.

“All she could say was that it was a horrible mix up,” Joe said.

The teacher called his home the day after his child got the DVD, crying hysterically, profusely apologizing and asking the man and his wife to call every parent they knew to stop their kids from seeing the DVD too.

The Elk Grove Unified School District says they are investigating, but legal experts say it’s unlikely that the teacher will lose her job.

“It’s felony stupid, but it’s not a crime,” said defense expert Ken Rosenfeld. “Is it something that she should be disciplined for? Absolutely, but fired for? She didn’t intend for this to happen.”

Joe doesn’t care if the teacher keeps her job, he’d just like some help from the school.

“Maybe offer some sort of counseling for my children, ask me how my children are doing,” he said. “I want somebody to ask me the kind of questions my kids are asking me.”

School officials say a new DVD will be sent to students once it has been reviewed.

Regarding how she found out about the sex tape, the reality television show “Flavor Of Love” and “I Love Money” winner and reality TV star states that she “had starting getting phone calls” about the sex tape.

“My phones just started blowing and that’s how I found out. I mean, everybody just started hitting and I’m like What?!,” stated Hoopz in a recent interview.

“You know I knew it was a possibility, because I had been getting calls about this, threatening calls, blackmailing calls… I mean it’s been crazy,” added Hoopz.

Then revealing that she had once made a sextape of herself and the guy of a previous relationship, Hoopz goes on to say:

“You know I didn’t believe there was a tape, because I’m like “hold on” this is a 5, 6 years ago, you know, this is a previous relationship that I was in, before I was even Hoopz, you know before I was even who I was, and I’m like “hold on” the only tape I ever made was deleted — so I thought and I’m like ok if you got a tape go ahead and put it out,” Hoopz said of her alleged challenge aimed at the party behind leaking her sextape video recording.

Well, obviously, a partial video clip of the Hoopz sex tape was leaked, as previously reported on HipHopRX.com, and Hoopz claims that she was offered money for the legal release of the videotape for entertainment which she claims she has denied the offer with a quote “kiss my ass” answer, because it was not the image she was trying to portray or make money off of.

Then later in the interview, Hoopz says “yes” it was her in the sextape video leak which she made with a previous boyfriend.

“Yes, it’s me… it’s like 5 or 6 years old. I thought it was erased, I thought it was gone, I thought it was no more and you now, being a normal person, I wasn’t checking up on anything, like thinking that maybe this could come back on me,” stated Hoopz hinting of her almost “naive” or should we say “innocent’ or “trusting” mind frame at the time.

“I was just a normal person, you know and I sat there and watched him delete it or whatever so I thought and that wasn’t it. He had other plans or — you know — we were in the process of breaking up, man it was crazy,” stated Hoopz.

Then feeling somewhat ‘crossed’ or deceived of her ‘innocence’ or ‘trust,’ Hoopz decides to warn or rather ‘provide advice’ for other “ladies out there.”

“To all the ladies out there … I’m not apologizing for having sex, I mean that’s apart of everybody’s life. I mean but at the same time have your fun or whatever and if you do make a tape, get possession of that if you don’t want it to ever come back around, because obviously, in so many cases that we’ve heard of, it does,” Hoopz says to other ladies who may find themselves in a relationship filming a sex video.

Then responding to the question of who offered her money, Hoopz goes on to say that the tape of her and her ex-boyfriend got “put in the right hands” because her ex-boyfriend lied to her saying someone broke into the house and took the tape, which Hoopz says she’s not that “freaking stupid” or should we say ‘naive’ anymore.

The celebrity reality show star goes on to claim that she’s gotten a lawyer to represent her in the matter of the sex tape, so she was limited on what she could say but did mention that he [the ex-boyfriend] probably got paid to put the sex tape into someone’s hand.

Hoopz, though now going through a serious matter with the sextape and more, still doesn’t regret having sex, or doing the sextape or making it to her celebrity status but did reveal she regrets “trusting somebody” she thought she was in a relationship with that she thought “got her back.”

Hoopz claims that this [the Hoopz sex tape leak] isn’t going to stop her but, instead it’s going to make her stronger
or in her own words, make her a “monster.”

Now, those are fighting words! No, literally!! Oddly enough, the stronger and “monster” statement coincide with Hoopz secondary or should we say ‘next career move’ revealed in the interview: a boxer.

Hoopz reveals that she is going to get into pro boxing, has “been training” and actually has a couple “amateur fights coming up,” in plans to go professional, if “all goes well” because “as soon as [she] put those mitts on [she] fell in love with the sport.”

“It’s going great on that side of the business. I’m prepared to go.. 2 or 3 rounds. I’m just going in like Mike Tyson and getting the job done,” added and warned Hoopz, the boxer.

How about a little turbulence?

A judge upheld the revocation of Martz’s license for his reported X-rated cavorting with porn actress Puma Swede while flying over the downtown San Diego waterfront. The incident, which reportedly happened back in 2005, recently surfaced on the Internet.

Martz, 52, ,who reportedly has a number of Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) violations on his record, will have to reapply for his license in 2010 when the revocation ends.

The video reportedly shows Martz and Swede together in a sex act while piloting a helicopter above San Diego. Swede is seen disrobing in the video before the two engaged in the sex act.

According to an FAA spokesperson, Martz’s attention was diverted from flying; the woman’s position prevented him from reaching flight controls; and Swede could have caused him physical harm that would have precluded him from operating the helicopter.

Martz, who can appeal the ruling to the NTSB, has countered that since the incident four years ago, he has served a suspension on an unrelated matter and had corrected any defects in his flying abilities.

Needless to say, Martz’s inappropriate behavior could have not only led to problems for those on board, but also people on the ground had the helicopter run into flight problems while the two were busy engaging each other.

In looking at the evidence, it seems aviation officials landed the right decision.

The 68-year-old president of the Motor sport governing body – FIA — told members of parliament on the Culture, Media and Sport Committee that he ended up having to pay 30,000 pounds in the case.

Mosley was later accused of “taking understatement to a new level” when he revealed he thought his father, the 1930s” fascist leader Sir Oswald Mosley, “overdid it”.

As part of a continuing inquiry by the committee into press standards, privacy and libel, Mosley described how he felt about seeing himself on the front of the best-selling Sunday tabloid.

“I was shocked, annoyed, angry and outraged,” The Independent quoted him, as saying.

He later said the feeling was worse than thieves taking all his belongings, adding: “If someone takes all your goods and money, you”ve got some chance of replacing it.

“If someone takes away your dignity, you will never replace it. No matter how long I live or where in the world I am, people know about it. It”s not that I am ashamed of it in that I”m not ashamed of my bodily functions – but I don”t want them on the front of a newspaper,” Mosley said.

Mosley said he had not ruled out bringing a separate libel action against the News of the World but did not want to appear “money-grabbing or vindictive”.

The paper was ordered to pay 420,000 pounds of Mosley”s legal costs but his total bill came to more than 500,000 pounds.

He said: “To me it was worth it, but an awful lot of people would say ”if in addition to getting everything repeated again, I”m going to have a big bill, I”m not going to do it”.”

The motor sport boss was asked whether he had feared that his unconventional sexual tastes would be made public one day.

Mosley said he believed there was only a “small chance” of details of his sex life being revealed because the S and M world was “incredibly secretive”.
