ACLU Alleges Teen Athletes Were Unfairly Punished For Sexy Photos Taken on MySpace
CHURUBUSCO, INDIANA – Two Indiana teenagers whose sexually suggestive slumber party pictures made their way into the hands of the high school principal are fighting back against what they say is an unfair suspension from athletics for activities that took place off school grounds.
The American Civil Liberties Union of Indiana has filed suit on behalf of the two sophomore girls. The suit claims the Smith-Green Community School Corporation and Churubusco High School Principal Austin Couch violated the girls’ First Amendment rights when they suspended them from extra-curricular activities and forced them to attend counseling sessions over a few racy photos that were posted on their MySpace pages. PATTAYA, THAILAND – Japanese television host Haruna Ai, 37, won the the “Miss International Queen 2009″ transvestite beauty pageant held in Pattaya, Thailand.
Haruna was among 18 contestants in the last round of the contest held Saturday night at Tiffany’s Show which is billed the world’s largest transsexual cabaret.
Kyodo reported that Haruna was awarded $10,000 (RM34,125), a tiara and a trophy.

The FBI has arrested a Chicago-area man who is accused of taking surreptitious nude videos of ESPN personality Erin Andrews, The Associated Press reports.
Andrews, who works as a sideline reporter traveling around the country covering college football games, for ESPN
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA – In July, the sexy ESPN sportscaster became the target of a peephole pervert who surreptitiously shot a video of her walking around her hotel room naked. Not only this, the alleged stalker even tried to sell the video clips to celebrity Web site TMZ.com and later posted them on the Internet.

The feds have now arrested a man who they claim is at the centre of ESPN reporter’s nude video case.

NEW YORK, NEW YORK – It seems William G. Halby of Brooklyn New York has lost his battle in the US Tax Court over about $47,000 which he spent on prostitutes and porn and then deducted as a medical expense on his 2005 federal tax return. They also denied his deduction of $76,000 for the same “medical services” from 2004. It should be noted that Mr. Halby also lost a case with the New York State Division of Tax over deductions totaling $322,000 that he claimed for similar deductions on New York tax returns from 2001 to 2005.

MONTGOMERY, ALABAMA – The Alabama Supreme Court ruled against Love Stuff, a Hoover business that sells vibrators and other sexual devices, and upheld Alabama’s anti-obscenity law.
The court ruled that the business failed to show that the state law banning the sale of sexual aides was unconstitutional.
“Public morality can still serve as a legitimate rational basis for regulating commercial activity, which is not a private activity,” Supreme Court justices wrote in the opinion issued Friday. Read the rest of this entry »

A U.S. politician is fighting for his career – and his marriage – after he was overheard bragging about having sex with two women.
Mike Duvall was unaware a microphone at his table was turned on when he began to regale a colleague with explicit details of his extra-marital sex life.

WISCONSIN – A 37-year old Wisconsin man, Donessa Davis, spoke on the stand today and told the court that the woman he had gone to meet at a motel had super glued his penis to his stomach.
