WASHINGTON D.C. – A D.C. Jail sergeant has been suspended while corrections officials probe allegations that he had sex with an inmate after paying for it through her pimp, according to officials and court documents.

The investigation has also led to the forced leave of two other corrections officers, one of whom was later fired over an unrelated issue, officials said. The three were removed from the D.C. Jail property, “after allegations of inappropriate behavior arose with an inmate,” according to Walter Fulton, facility program manager at the Correctional Treatment Center.

Authorities said they would not further discuss the allegations because of an ongoing law enforcement investigation, but some details were outlined in a lawsuit filed in D.C. federal court this month. Read the rest of this entry »

NEW YORK, NEW YORK – It seems William G. Halby of Brooklyn New York has lost his battle in the US Tax Court over about $47,000 which he spent on prostitutes and porn and then deducted as a medical expense on his 2005 federal tax return. They also denied his deduction of $76,000 for the same “medical services” from 2004. It should be noted that Mr. Halby also lost a case with the New York State Division of Tax over deductions totaling $322,000 that he claimed for similar deductions on New York tax returns from 2001 to 2005. MONTGOMERY, ALABAMA – The Alabama Supreme Court ruled against Love Stuff, a Hoover business that sells vibrators and other sexual devices, and upheld Alabama’s anti-obscenity law.

The court ruled that the business failed to show that the state law banning the sale of sexual aides was unconstitutional.

“Public morality can still serve as a legitimate rational basis for regulating commercial activity, which is not a private activity,” Supreme Court justices wrote in the opinion issued Friday. Read the rest of this entry »

So... the porn is mine, right?

CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA – When a marriage goes bad, who gets the X-rated photos of the wife? In the case of Valeria Gentile and Erwin Cajamarca, the wife says she does.

She sued her soon-to-be-ex-husband last week in state circuit court in Sanford, accusing him of putting the photos on a Spanish-language porn site, distributing them via the Internet and, at times, using them during on-line sex chats.

The whole thing is humiliating, cruel and an invasion of her privacy, her suit alleges. Thousands of people have now seen her in a variety of sexual poses. She’s demanding an unspecified amount of money. Read the rest of this entry »
