Google Denmark claimed that the images ‘don't show anything that can't be seen when driving around Danish roads’

TV2 received hundreds of odd and offbeat images that were captured by the Google Street View cameras, when it suddenly came across one of an unidentified man snapped unawares in his Jutland garden.

When TV2 approached the man to inform him of his internet infamy, he was shocked to say the least. The man doesn’t own a computer and had not even heard of Google Street View.

‘I had no idea about it. I’ll definitely be seeking compensation. I don’t care for being hung out like that when I’m sitting in my own garden,’ said the man who wishes to remain anonymous.

Peter Friis, managing director for Google Denmark, said that the company is taking the man’s complaint very seriously and will remove the inappropriate images immediately.

‘We are very devoted to protecting our users’ privacy and have created a number of tools so users can request that images be removed for one reason or another if they think it’s inappropriate,’ said Friis.

‘But it’s important to remember that the pictures in Street View don’t show anything that can’t be seen when driving around the Danish roads.’

But soon Moss will be covered up and her joyrides outlawed. This week, the town’s city council adopted a ban on public nudity and the mayor signed the ordinance. The order takes effect in February and applies to anyone over the age of 8.

The nudity issue arose in 2008, when Moss started bicycling around Ashland wearing little more than a smile. More complaints came last summer, when a retired computer programmer visiting the city took nude strolls near an elementary school. Then a vacationer from Minnesota exposed himself in October.

Ashland had already banned the exposing of genitalia in parks and downtown. Tuesday night’s decision to expand the ban brought a threat of legal action from the American Civil Liberties Union, which says it violates the Oregon Constitution’s protection of free expression.

In a 1985 decision, the Oregon Court of Appeals upheld Portland’s ban on public nudity. But the court also ruled that public nudity can be a protected form of expression, such as during a protest.

And that’s exactly what Moss says she is doing.

“I just wanted to stand up for evolution,” she said. “In Europe it’s no big deal to see naked people. It will be nice when Americans have evolved and they won’t even notice that I’m naked anymore.”

And if you think being nude for Moss is about sex, you’re wrong, she says.

“I do not watch pornography and I support committed, monogamous relationships based on mutual respect. I do believe people have the right to do pornography, but it drains the human soul. Sex is sacred and is about making love, not war,” Moss said the Ashland Daily Tidings.

Moss, whose parents “are just your normal, everyday people,” moved to Ashland from Ojai, Calif., because of its lax public nudity law.

A former waitress, Moss quit that job over “concern about pesticides, herbicides, chemical use and cruelty to animals,” according the Daily Tidings.

She has now been working as “kind of a life coach for people,” and is looking for a new job, Moss told the paper.

No one disputes that an on-duty Irvine police officer got an erection and ejaculated on a motorist during an early-morning traffic stop in Laguna Beach. The female driver reported it, DNA testing confirmed it and officer David Alex Park finally admitted it.
When the case went to trial, however, defense attorney Al Stokke argued that Park wasn’t responsible for making sticky all over the woman’s sweater. He insisted that she made the married patrolman make the mess–after all, she was on her way home from work as a dancer at Captain Cream Cabaret.

“She got what she wanted,” said Stokke. “She’s an overtly sexual person.”

Yeah, she wanted it. She wouldn’t have gone outside if she didn’t want it. Now here are some of the background facts that suggest very strongly that the cop had been stalking the stripper, followed her and deliberately pulled her over on a secluded stretch of highway:

Meanwhile, Park was on patrol in the southwest portion of Irvine. Prosecutors believe he was craving a sexual rendezvous, and so he watched for Lucy’s white BMW to leave the strip club parking lot, then tailed her, waiting for an excuse for a stop. Park insisted he’d been cruising on the 405 north and coincidentally saw Lucy’s vehicle weave and speed.
Kamiabipour, the prosecutor, shook her head in disbelief. She knew the facts–that the officer had waited at least eight or nine minutes before stopping the stripper on a secluded section of a highway that was out of his jurisdiction.

“He was stalking her,” she said.

Four months earlier, Park had stopped Lucy under similar circumstances. That time, he’d ignored a plastic drug baggie he’d found in her car and her suspended license. But the stop wasn’t a waste of time. After friendly chit-chat, the officer had scored Lucy’s phone number. Telephone records show that Park called the stripper the next morning. She told him she was too busy to meet.

On the witness stand, Park explained that he’d called Lucy out of concern for a citizen’s safety. He also shrugged his shoulders when Kamiabipour slowly listed the first names of nine Captain Cream female employees–Annette, Denise, Rashele, Marlia, Brandi, Andrea, Deborah, Laura and Shannon–whose license plates he’d run through the DMV computer in the weeks prior to his sexual encounter with Lucy. (Another coincidence, according to Stokke.) Jurors also learned that Irvine Police Sgt. Michael Hallinan had previously warned Park as they left work to stay away from the strippers.

Park, who works in construction nowadays, conceded that he’d been given the warning but claimed that he had no clue it was Lucy in the vehicle or that she had an invalid driver’s license, even as he approached her car window.

Kamiabipour believed she’d caught the 6-foot-3 cop in a lie. Records show he ran the bosomy, 5-foot, 110-pound dancer’s license plate before the stop, did not call for backup despite the potential for an arrest and failed to tell his supervisor or dispatch that he was leaving Irvine. Several Irvine officers testified that Park’s behavior that night was odd.

“[Park's] testimony was just incredible,” said Kamiabipour. Irvine city officials must have doubted his story, too. After an exhaustive police internal affairs investigation, they felt it was prudent to give Lucy $400,000 to make her civil lawsuit go away–for fear a jury might give her much more.

In a secretly-recorded phone call to Laguna Beach police shortly after the incident, Lucy recalled that she’d told Park she had no license. Park began “rubbing himself up against me,” she said. “Then, he said, ‘What are we going to do here, Lucy?’”

Park unzipped his pants, took his penis out and got an erection, she explained. “Basically, the officer made me give [him] a freaking hand job and he let me go. I’m so freaked out about it.”

(Lucy also told police, prosecutors and the jury that Park had also fingered her vagina and fondled her breasts before he ejaculated on her.)

“I was confused,” she told the Laguna Beach dispatcher. “He called me afterwards. I’m scared, you know . . . What’s an Irvine cop doing hanging out at a strip club in Lake Forest?”

Telephone records prove that Park made a 19-minute call to Lucy shortly after their encounter. The officer–who told the woman he was “Joe Stephens,” an Orange County Sheriff’s Department deputy who had died months earlier–said it was a friendly call to make sure she’d arrived home safely. The stripper said he told her to keep her mouth shut.

And then Kamiabipour introduced the bombshell evidence from a high-ranking Irvine police officer: on the night Park tailed Lucy out of the city, the global positioning system in his patrol car had been disconnected without authorization.

“I checked and [the GPS] was not working,” said Lt. Henry Boggs.

An unexplainable coincidence, Park’s defense countered.

Ah yes, those unexplainable coincidences can be very convenient like that. A jury of one woman and 12 men acquitted the officer. After all, it was the Good and Virtuous Police Officer against the Slutty Stripper, right? Though, to be honest, after spending the last several years documenting hundreds of cases of cops lying on police reports, I’d be a lot more likely to believe the stripper.

Absolutely appalling. The good news is that a prosecutor finally was outraged enough to put a cop on trial; the bad news is that a jury didn’t care.

CHURUBUSCO, INDIANA – Two Indiana teenagers whose sexually suggestive slumber party pictures made their way into the hands of the high school principal are fighting back against what they say is an unfair suspension from athletics for activities that took place off school grounds.

The American Civil Liberties Union of Indiana has filed suit on behalf of the two sophomore girls. The suit claims the Smith-Green Community School Corporation and Churubusco High School Principal Austin Couch violated the girls’ First Amendment rights when they suspended them from extra-curricular activities and forced them to attend counseling sessions over a few racy photos that were posted on their MySpace pages.

“I don’t think this is a unique problem of trying to define that line as to where the school stops and where student expression begins,” Indiana ACLU Legal Director Ken Falk, also the girls’ attorney, told ABCNews.com today.

According to the lawsuit, filed Oct. 23 in U.S. District Court, the teens — identified in court papers as T.V. and M.K. — had attended a sleepover with friends who were also students at Churubusco High School in the summer months before school started.

“During the sleepover, the girls took pictures of themselves pretending to kiss or lick a large multi-colored novelty lollipop-shaped phallus that they had purchased, as well as pictures of themselves in lingerie with dollar bills stuck in their clothes as well as other pictures,” the lawsuit stated.

The lawsuit claims that the girls, who in no way identified themselves in the pictures as students of Churubusco High School, then posted the pictures on their MySpace pages to share with their friends.

“There’s a lot of questions that can be asked about what sophomores do. That’s why there’s the term ‘sophomoric,’” Falk said. But he added that the girls’ actions, which the lawsuit referred to as “expressive activity,” were “irrelevant” to school functions.

An uknown person was able to access the pictures, copy them and hand them over to school personnel. They were eventually given to Couch, who suspended both T.V. and M.K. from all extra-curricular activities for the school year, including athletics, which both of the girls participated in.

The lawsuit claims that both teens’ parents spoke with the principal and were told that he could cut down the punishment to suspend them from just 25 percent of the girls’ activities only if they went to three counseling sessions and individually apologize to the school’s athletic board, which is comprised of the school’s varsity head coaches.

“That is simply beyond the power of the school to regulate,” Falk said.

Darnell told ABCNews.com today that he’s been advised by the school’s legal counsel not to comment beyond a one-page statement issued today.

In the statement, Darnell said the girls’ pictures “were highly inappropriate in content” and that they “caused a disruption within our athletic teams at the beginning of this year’s sessions.”

“We stand behind decisions made by Mr. Austin Couch, the high school principal, in this situation,” Darnell’s statement said. “When students choose to violate extra-curricular expectations, there are consequences.”

“As a district, we support our student behavior policies for expected behavior in and out of season,” the statement continued. “Our administration at the high school makes every effort to assure fairness exists for all of our students.”

T.V.’s father appealed the decision to Smith-Green Superintendent Steve Darnell, according to the lawsuit, but was told that Couch had “absolute discretion and authority.”

T.V. and M.K. eventually attended their three counseling sessions so they could participate in the remainder of the fall athletic season and the reports were turned over to the principal. They also appeared before the all-male athletic board and apologized for their behavior.

The ALCU charges that not only was the forced counseling humiliating, but the girls were embarrased at having to appear in front of the coaches to apologize for the pictures “which had no impact on the school whatsoever.”

The lawsuit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court by a woman named Crystal Matchett, is basically the same as the one filed by Shirley Dieu last week — with one exception … Crystal never accuses Dr. Phil of grabbing her boob.

Crystal alleges Phil brainwashed her, exposed her to the naked man and then prevented her from leaving Phil’s production office — the same location where Shirley also claims the weirdness went down.

Phil claimed the last lawsuit was “without merit” — we’re assuming the same statement applies here.

What happened was, is that we were doing Miami Vice and I had to do a nude scene in Miami Vice. So my make-up artist wanted to see the before-and-after, meaning, like, my body wasn’t in shape and then we got it to that point, we wanna…but in transferring that material, I guess these people hang out on your internet whatever, and they grabbed the picture and put it out there. So I apologize to my family.

That’s how these things work, people. A movie star innocently wants to send his coworker a picture of his semi-hard penis, and some internet gremlin whatever yanks it out of the email soundwaves. I buy this much more than I did the plot of Law Abiding Citizen.

A former flight attendant claims she was sacked after falsely being accused of having sex with a pilot while the billionaire star dozed nearby.

Corinne Gehrls, 39, insists the story of her sleeping with the pilot during a fuelling stopover in the US was false.

She claims another flight attendant – who happens to be Winfrey’s goddaughter -made up the story in a dispute over work.

Gehrls and chief pilot Terry Pansing,57, were fired in July after the allegations of the “mile high” sex were made.

A lawsuit filed in Chicago revealed that the couple both later passed a lie detector test when asked about he onboard sex.

Gehrls claims Winfrey knew the sex allegations were “obviously false” as the plane was on the ground refuelling when the incident was said to have taken place.

The flight attendant said Winfrey and other passengers were “dozing” in their seats having taken sleeping pills for the flight.

She said Kirby Bumpus, the daughter of Winfrey’s best friend Gayle King and Oprah’s goddaughter, was among those who made up the sex claims.

The lawsuit alleges that Gooch made the accusations after Gehrls and Pansing complained that he refused to work as scheduled, asked for his hours to be changed so he could ‘attend to his cats’, and insisted on staying in better hotels than the rest of the crew.

A spokesman for Winfrey and her Chicago based production company Harpo refused to comment.

The lawsuit seeks damages from Gooch, Bumpy and Harp Productions.

As one of America’s richest women with an estimated £25bn fortune Winfrey has a £27m Bombardier luxury jet which she uses to fly between her properties in Chicago and Montecito, California.

Earlier this year she spoke about her custom made Global Express XRS jet, saying: ‘It’s great to have a private jet. Anyone that tells you that having your own private jet isn’t great is lying to you.’

Winfrey, the most powerful woman in television, recently joined First Lady Michelle Obama in bidding to win the 2016 Olympics for Chicago.

She joined the Obamas in Copenhagen for the result which saw Rio De Janiera be awarded the games after London 2012.

According to the suit, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, a woman named Shirley Dieu claims she went to Phil to seek therapy in 2007 — but instead she claims the doc tried to “brainwash” her and force her to endure all sorts of physical and emotional abuse.

In the docs, Shirley claims Phil forced her to “be in the same room with a completely naked live man while he exposed his entire naked body, genitals and all.”

In the docs, Shirley also claims Phil “touched her left breast during her therapy session.”

Shirley also claims Phil lied to her about being a “real” doctor — alleging that the TV shrink “is not licensed to practice in the state of California.”

Shirley doesn’t specify how much money she wants from Phil — but we’re assuming it’s an insane figure.

Rather, a quintet of former workers at San Francisco’s Vixen Creations on Monday filed suit in the city’s Superior Court claiming they were stiffed … on overtime pay.

The disgruntled five’s workaday routine wasn’t so titillating; the suit quotes their duties as “mixing silicone, pouring the silicone into molds, pulling the finalized products out of the molds, and making new molds for the products” — a job that paid between $10 and $13 an hour. Of course, the products they were hauling in and out of the molds included “The Bandit,” “The Outlaw,” and, of course, “The Goodfella” (“As close to a real cock as possible”).

The workers say they often spent well over eight hours a day shlepping Bandits and Goodfellas and whatnot in the company’s San Francisco factory — but they claim that when they glanced at their paychecks, they’d been given the shaft.

“If Plaintiffs … worked more than eight hours in a day, but not more than a total of forty in a week, they were not paid overtime,” claims the suit. “Therefore, Defendant willfully violated California law…”

So there you go. The plaintiffs want the money they say they’re due. And, no, there’s nothing in there about being willing to accept dildos in lieu of payment.
