Hard to imagine, but this woman may have been in a better situation the morning after the big party

Gloucester police were still searching for the woman, Marlene S. McNeill, on Saturday morning. McNeill is accused of breaking into a home on Cobblestone Lane on Friday and taking cash and two bottles of medication.

Friends told The Gloucester Daily Times that McNeill was “out of control” when police arrived in the neighborhood at about 3:20 a.m. to investigate reports of a naked, intoxicated woman. Officers could not locate McNeill, but they said her clothing and a wallet containing an OxyContin pill were left at the scene.

A short time later, McNeill’s friends discovered that their home had been robbed while they were helping police to search for McNeill. Two bottles of prescription medication and $150 were stolen from the home, and one of the bedrooms had been ransacked and covered in shaving cream, according to police reports.

Police were unable to locate McNeill, and her car was still parked in the St. Peter’s Square parking lot several hours after the robbery. McNeill will be charged with larceny and illegal possession of an opioid substance.

Marc Lecuyer, 31, entered his guilty plea through a sign-language interpreter.

The chubby man, clad in a baggy lumberjack shirt, watched the interpreter intently as the court heard that on Feb. 24, he followed a woman he knew into the laundry room of an apartment complex. He was captured on a surveillance camera wearing only boxer shorts. His penis was hanging out. He pointed at it while making grunting noises and humping motions with his hips. The victim put up her hand, shook her head and yelled “no.”

Lecuyer put up his hands but when the victim turned around to put her laundry in the machine, he grabbed her crotch from behind and rubbed her through her clothes.

The victim spun around and pushed him away, yelling “no” again. Lecuyer left.

He then pushed letters under the woman’s door.

“Dear you,” he wrote in block letters, before telling her that he was sorry and not to call police. He then wrote in crude terms the sexual acts he wanted to perform on her.

The accused wrote in another letter to a social worker that he was frustrated because he had no money, no girlfriend, was suffering from scabies and didn’t like where he lived.

The court has heard Lecuyer was not taking his medication for an unspecified psychiatric illness.

The resident told deputies he heard Higgins crash through the screen of his pool and take a splash Saturday night. Authorities said Higgins took a towel and fled. Deputies used a K-9 to track Higgins to a home. Higgins told deputies he had been drinking.

He was being held at the Martin County Jail on $10,500 bail. Jail officials said he did not immediately have an attorney.

Schwartz, a longtime conservative activist who has been with Oklahoma Republican for 15 years, first claimed that homosexuality is wrong because most 10-year-old boys have an innate hatred for it.

Then he began discoursing on the evils of pornography, echoing a friend who once told him that all porn was gay porn because it turned men “inwards.”

His conclusion: If you told 10-year-old boys that looking at naked pictures of women would make them gay, then they wouldn’t be buying Playboy.

“Pornography is a blight… It is a disaster. It is one of those silent diseases in our society that we haven’t been able to overcome very well. Now, I may be getting politically incorrect here. And it’s been a few years, but not that many, since I was closely associated with pre-adolescent boys, boys around 10 years of age. But it is my observation that boys of that age have less tolerance for homosexuality than just about any other class of people. They speak badly about homosexuality. And that’s because they don’t want to be that way. They don’t want to fall into it.”

Schwartz told the crowd about Jim Johnson, a friend of his who turned an old hotel into a hospice for gay men dying of AIDS. “One of the things he said to me,” said Schwartz, “that I think is an astonishingly insightful remark… he said ‘All pornography is homosexual pornography, because all pornography turns your sexual drive inwards.”

There were murmurs and gasps from the crowd. “Now, think about that,” said Schwartz. “And if you tell an 11-year-old boy about that, do you think he’s going to want to get a copy of Playboy? I’m pretty sure he’ll lose interest. That’s the last thing he wants! You know, that’s a good comment, it’s a good point, and it’s a good thing to teach young people.”

Woman makes ass of herself

Dressed in white fishnet stockings – and nothing else – a Delaware County woman who police say was drunk and who repeatedly threw herself at the front door of a locked Ridley Park home brought them to the scene last week when neighbors believed she was trying to burgle the residence.

As it turned out, the woman, Sherry McNeal, 47, of Chester, was a guest at the house of John Litwin, 48, of Pomeroy Street near Kenny.

Litwin also was drunk, police said, when he finally came to the door, though he was clothed.

“Neither [McNeal nor Litwin] had any idea how the naked female got outside,” Ridley Park Police Chief Tom Byrne said.

Officers responded to reports of a burglary about 12:20 a.m. on July 29 and heard kicking sounds on a nearby door.

McNeal was launching her body against Litwin’s door, claiming to be locked out of the home, police said.

Litwin, who allegedly heard officers knock but not McNeal’s full body slams, emerged from the house, also inebriated, Byrne said.

McNeal and Litwin said they had no idea how she had gotten out of the house, barely clothed, or how she had been locked out, police said.

“Both subjects were cited for disorderly conduct and advised to stay in for the night,” Byrne said.

Gates was arrested in his Cambridge, Mass., home last month after someone called police to report a possible burglary in progress.

According the Arizona Daily Sun, police say the victim was walking northbound on Patterson at Lockett around 2:30 Wednesday afternoon, when the suspect pulled his car beside her as asked her to get in.

The woman says the man was naked and masturbating.

After she said no and walked off, the man eventually got out of his car naked and grabbed her.

The woman was able to fight the man off and he left.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic man with a chubby build, 25 to 35 years old, about 5 feet 7 inches to 5 feet 9 inches tall, and has a big belly.

He also has a full mustache and his hair is shaved on the sides with a combed-back, short length on top.

Police say the suspect left the scene in a green-brown or gray newer sport-utility vehicle, possibly a Chevrolet Blazer.

“She had on a pair of slippers, a gray T-shirt and nothing else,” said the victim.

Bell, 42, of 76 Manor Drive Apt. B in Portsmouth appeared in Portsmouth District Court on Tuesday for a trial on two Class A misdemeanor charges of indecent exposure/lewdness and harassment.

Police allege Bell exposed herself in public at 6:50 a.m. on Feb. 28 when she was spotted walking her dog around a common area of a Portsmouth Public Housing complex wearing nothing but a normal-length T-shirt.

Bell is also charged with harassment for allegedly repeatedly verbally abusing her upstairs neighbor by shouting derogatory comments at her between Sept. 29 and Oct. 3.

Bell’s upstairs neighbor testified on Tuesday that she was offended when she looked outside to find her neighbor half-naked and repeatedly bending over to cover up her dog’s waste on a lawn at the Manor Drive apartment complex.

The neighbor testified Bell had a T-shirt on and appeared to be trying to pull it down to cover herself, but noted the defendant remained exposed from the waist down.

The same neighbor is also the alleged victim in the harassment complaint.

The victim testified she and Bell didn’t have a good relationship from the start when Bell moved into the complex in the summer of 2008.

The neighbor cried on Tuesday when she told Judge Sawako Gardner that she repeatedly felt “degraded” when Bell would allegedly shout expletives and racial slurs at her.

The neighbor taped Bell’s alleged rants on more than on occasion which could be heard through the floor of her apartment.

She played one such tape during Tuesday’s proceedings.

The neighbor testified that she tried for months to get police and the housing authority to do something about Bell’s alleged behavior.

She provided documentation that she appeared before a housing authority board for a grievance hearing and didn’t make headway with the police until a particular officer responded to her apartment in February.

Bob Watkins, the attorney representing Bell, suggested the complaints are the result of a long-standing feud between the neighbors.

In cross examination he questioned the neighbor about why she waited so long to file complaints and asked her how she knows Bell’s comments — heard through the floor — were directed toward her.

Watkins asked the alleged victim how she can be sure Bell wasn’t speaking to someone else in her apartment or to someone on the phone.

The neighbor testified she was sure the comments were directed toward her.

Portsmouth Prosecutor Karl Durand asked Judge Gardner if he could amend the harassment complaint so that it could reflect a pattern of harassment between September 29 and Oct. 3, but the judge denied the request noting the complaint should have been amended earlier and not at the trial.

The complaint currently only lists the harassment as having taken place on Sept. 29.

Judge Gardner adjourned Tuesday’s trial to allow for the completion of an afternoon docket and said it would need to be continued to another date so it might be completed.

Watkins indicated his client may take the stand when the trial resumes.

John J. McNeil: The mad biter

According to arrest records, officers received a report of a naked man in the roadway at the intersection of Frankfort and North Hite avenues. Officers did not find anybody at the location and left, but later received a report of a break-in in progress at the same location.

Arrest records state that when the officers returned, they found John J. McNeil at a residence in the 200 block of North Hite Avenue.

Police said that when they ordered McNeil to place his hands behind his back, he tried to strike one of the officers.

The woman at the home said that she was lying in bed with her 5-year-old son when the boy woke her and told her that there was a stranger in bed with them and he had bitten the boy’s ear.

The woman and her son ran next door.

A separate incident report said that while an EMS crew was transporting him to the hospital, he allegedly became combative and injured a paramedic.

The report said that when McNeil finally arrived at the hospital, he allegedly bit another officer on the finger.

McNeil faces multiple charges, including burglary and assault.

According to WCCO, Marcus Nelson is a homeless Level 3 sex offender who could face some jail time for his long string of penis flashes.

He was finally arrested May 9 after being accused of four offenses in one week. This is all in addition to 10 convictions for indecent exposure in the past decade.

Besides the two offenses at the Mall of America, St. Paul Police spotted Nelson on Harriet Island in his underwear May 7. He claimed he was changing clothes. Right.

He’s been convicted of flashing in five cities in the metro. Police think he knew that these smaller charges are often not reported in the statewide system, so he was able to get away with it in multiple cities without police connecting the dots.

This time the charge is more serious. He is facing a felony after police found out about his prior history.

Damiene Iriarte, 26, was found naked and bleeding behind a building in the Fort Greene section of Brooklyn after taking a chomp out of his own manhood, police told the New York Daily News.

It’s still unclear what prompted him to go in for the bite, as investigators remain both puzzled and impressed by the act. One thing that is clear is that it wasn’t sparked on by a rational mind.

Iriarte reportedly pleaded guilty to two misdemeanors in Suffolk County back in 2004. He was also accused of raping a 13-year-old girl in 2003, reports say.

The 26-year-old is recovering at Brooklyn Hospital Center. His condition is still unknown at this time.
