Police were quickly on the scene, bundled Greene into a bathrobe and took him in to custody.
A folding knife was later found in the clothes which he had earlier abandoned.
Greene told police he was bipolar and off his medication.
Police said he has been charged with reckless endangerment for his driving and disorderly conduct and indecent exposure for his actions inside the terminal.
