Sex Toy Thief Crashed Car Through Store

LORAIN, OHIO – Workers at an Ohio AdultMart store said a thief crashed his car into the shop, took a $150 sex toy and drove away.

Tracy Holmes, the store’s manager, said security camera footage depicts a man driving a purple or burgundy Dodge Neon through the back doors of the Brownhelm Township business Wednesday morning, jumping out of his car, grabbing the sex toy and driving back out through the front doors, the Elyria (Ohio) Chronicle Telegram reported Wednesday.

Holmes said the man may have visited the store in the past because “he knew exactly where he was running” to retrieve the sex toy.

Capt. John Reiber of the Lorain County Sheriff’s Office said deputies are attempting to enhance the video to make out the vehicle’s license plate number. He said six doors were smashed at the AdultMart and about $20,000 worth of security equipment was destroyed by the car.
