Ball Slasher Sentenced

SAINT LOUIS, MISSOURI – A man with a sexual fetish for slashing rubber exercise balls was sentenced Wednesday in Saint Louis County Court.

Christopher Neil Bjerkness was charged with burglary stemming from an incident at the Saint Mary’s Clinic West facility.

Bjerkness was accused of slashing nearly one hundred exercise balls in an apparent effort to satisfy his fetish.

The man has been sentenced to serve one year at the Northeast Regional Corrections Center in Duluth and pay $494 in restitution along with a 50 dollar fine.
