PITTSBURGH, PENNSYLVANIA – Target 11 has obtained the most recent court records in the sexual assault civil lawsuit filed against Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger.

In the motion, attorney Calvin Dunlap, who represents Andrea McNulty, the woman accusing Roethlisberger of sexual assault, is demanding the names of all women Roethlisberger has had sex with.

Dunlap also wants the names of women who have claimed improper sexual conduct by Roethlisberger and has requested all cell phone and e-mail communications made by Roethlisberger.

In the court documents, Dunlap also refuted claims by Roethlisberger’s attorneys that McNulty bragged about having sex with Roethlisberger.

Dunlap produced an e-mail from McNulty: “I have an experience that I will take with me to my grave … and I am okay now but it hurt and it kept playing over and over in my head. I finally snapped.”

Dunlap also wrote that McNulty told her roommate she had been assaulted and even took a morning-after pill.

“She was worried that she might have caught a disease from Mr. Roethlisberger and was worried that she might be pregnant due to the fact that she was not on birth control,” Dunlap wrote in the court papers.

Dunlap also demanded all video surveillance footage from the hotel where the incident allegedly happened.

McNulty filed a civil lawsuit in July accusing Roethlisberger of sexually assaulting her at a hotel room in Lake Tahoe in the summer of 2008.

McNulty worked at the hotel where Roethlisberger was staying and playing in a celebrity golf tournament.

Roethlisberger has denied the allegations.
