A South Carolina man was busted for having sex with a horse, while on probation for having sex with the same horse.

Rodell Vereen, 50, was arrested Monday night in the throes of bestiality by the filly’s shotgun-toting owner, who also has video surveillance of the perverse act.

“When they arrested him before I thought that was the end of it,” said Barbara Kenley, who caught Vereen in the middle of his romp in the hay with her 21-year-old horse, Sugar.

Vereen was charged with buggery and tresspassing, and was held on $10,000 bail.

“Hopefully he won’t get out,” said Kenley, owner of the Lazy B Stables in Conway, S.C. “My goal is to get him away from me and my property.”

Vereen was on probation for a buggery conviction stemming from a November 2007 assault on Sugar, a crime that prompted Kenley to wire her stables with surveillance cameras.

Kenley said cameras filmed Vereen having sex with her horse on July 19, but when she showed footage to the cops they told her they couldn’t identify the suspect.

She suspected Vereen would not be able to stay away from her horse, so she was ready when he snuck into her barn Monday.

“I wanted to catch him firsthand,” she said. “It was just a matter of time before I caught him.”

When Kenley pointed a shotgun at Vereen, he claimed to be looking for a bathroom.

“I told him he was full of crap,” Kenley said. “He apologized and said he didn’t mean to hurt me.”

The Post defended its publication of the images, while accusing the sports network of having outed Andrews in the first place.

ESPN on July 22 said it was banning Post reporters from appearing on the company’s programs because the newspaper published three photos from the video.

A newspaper spokeswoman declined to comment on the ban. She referred The Associated Press to an item on the Post’s gossip page published Thursday that takes ESPN to task for allegedly outing Andrews.

“No one would have known that a sick voyeur had secretly videotaped ESPN reporter Erin Andrews nude in her hotel room, if the Mickey Mouse sports network hadn’t sent a letter to an obscure Web site demanding that it take down its link to a fuzzy video of an unidentified blonde,” the Post said in its popular “Page 6” column.

The Post quoted ESPN spokesman Chris LaPlaca as saying the network is acting “in concert with Erin and her team.” A spokesman for the Bristol, Conn.-based company, which is owned by the Walt Disney Co., declined further comment Thursday.

ESPN executive editor John Walsh, in an interview Thursday on a syndicated radio show hosted by former ESPN employee Dan Patrick, called the Post’s coverage embarrassing and reprehensible to Andrews.

“We felt if we were the parents of the victim of this crime and we saw the words ‘New York Post’ on our air that we wouldn’t be doing justice to the person that we know is our colleague,” he said.

ESPN last week sent a letter to a Web site demanding that the video be removed. The person who posted the video didn’t identify the nude woman, but her attorney has confirmed the video was of the 31-year-old reporter.

Grossman previously told the AP that Andrews decided to confirm it was her “to put an end to rumor and speculation and to put the perpetrator and those who are complicit on notice that they act at their peril.”

Post reporters, including columnists Lenn Robbins, Kevin Kernan, Joel Sherman and Mark Cannizzaro, are regular guests on ESPN shows.

Andrews, a former University of Florida dance team member, was an Internet sensation even before the video’s circulation. Some Web sites have referred to her as “Erin Pageviews” because of the traffic she can generate, and Playboy magazine named her “sexiest sportscaster” in both 2008 and 2009. She has covered numerous sports for the network since 2004, often as a sideline reporter.

Prosecutors said Lowery walked into three shops between April and July and said he had a gun. They say he took more than 500 pairs of high-end glasses including Prada and Gucci brands, but didn’t take cash.

Fort Myers Beach brags it’s only 6.2 square miles — 2.9 square miles land and 3.3 square miles water. It makes room for one strip club.

But Thursday, the day after the town manager was fired — which was the day after his wife was outed as a “porn star” — the sands of Fort Myers Beach were crawling with media hoping for a sighting. The mayor was going bonkers. Everything that’s been said about him and the town was wrong, wrong, he said.

As for the porn star, when the week began she was a nobody. Now she was a somebody, the news of her husband’s firing going worldwide. She was also a mystery. Was she a Catholic Portuguese school girl? Or “a priestess of the erotic arts?” Or a bureaucrat’s wife, loyal attendee of town hall chicken dinners?

Those who knew her in the past call her a con artist.

It all started when Steve Nelson got a photo from a friend in Florida. Nelson is editor of Adult Industry News, located in what Californians call the San Fernando “Porn Valley.” The photo showed Fort Myers Beach Town Manager Scott Janke and his wife Anabela getting out of a car. The friend asked Nelson, “Does she look familiar?”

Nelson recognized her right away. She was Jazella Moore, aspiring porn actress. She’d sent him some photos more than a year ago, trying to get started. She told him she was a single mom, living near Boston. He was happy to help. She later got the lead in “My Best Friend’s Mom,” an explicit video for which a plot summary is unnecessary.

But when he saw her in the photo, he did some research, found she’d married the Fort Myers Beach town manager last October. He put an item online.

“I blind-sided them.”

Mayor Larry Kiker said Thursday’s story in the hometown paper made him go crazy: “Fort Myers Beach fires town manager because his wife is a porn star.” His phone rang all day. He denied it so many times he no longer knew what he was saying. So he wrote it down in an e-mail.

Scott Janke came to him as word started to leak, the mayor said. Janke knew there would be a media stink. He also mentioned a “private family matter” that posed another problem. He offered to resign.

Kiker called a council meeting Wednesday. The council dismissed Janke without cause, they said, for the good of the town. By doing that, the mayor said, Janke could collect severance pay. Kiker said Janke was satisfied.

On Thursday, stories flooded the Internet. Folks called the town fathers idiots.

Janke was holed up at home. “I’m taking some time off from talking to the press to be with my family and get my affairs in order,” he said.

But he talked to Steve Nelson at Adult Industry News.

He thanked Nelson for outing Anabela “with respect.”

He told Nelson they had always expected to be outed. They recalled a dinner with Florida GOP Rep. Connie Mack. “We sat at his table, Anabela next to the congressman.” She and Mack were pictured on NBC News the next day.

On Fort Myers Beach, she was known as a super mom with three teenagers. She volunteered for every school fundraiser. She adopted a kindergarten class.

Nelson asked if she’ll return to porn now that she’s been busted.

“I’ve kept a low profile because of my husband’s career,” she told him, “but with all that has happened, we will see. Right now, it’s mainly about family.”

She said she did have a shoot with Hustler booked for Aug. 5.

So who is she, anyway? Is she Anabela, or Jazella?

On her Web site, she says she was a repressed school girl, growing up in Portugal, a country “characterized by passion, complexity and languid richness.”

She broke free. “I didn’t believe the nuns who told us our natural selves were sinful.” She liberated herself so that “the paradox of the Madonna/Whore was broken.”

Back in Salisbury, Mass., where she lived until two years ago, she presented a different paradox. She pleaded with a real estate broker for help. She described a terrible divorce, said she had an abusive, alcoholic ex-husband and three teenagers. She ran a cleaning company. She desperately needed a home.

Broker Ruth Stewart rented her a home belonging to David and Linda Knights. They worried about her. “She seemed incredibly shaky,” David Knights said. After a year, she disappeared. She left word she had a sick mother. She left owing money. Stewart found the house trashed.

“She was a bad number,” Stewart said. “She lied about everything.

“Good luck knowing the truth about her.”

Back in Porn Valley, Nelson said truth doesn’t matter much.

“Everyone who gets in a movie call themselves porn stars,” he said. “Jazella was just one of the girls.”

Robles likes it doggie style

Edwin Robles, 53, faces a felony bestiality charge, according to police. He was booked into the Clayton County jail in the early morning hours Friday, and was released around 9:30 p.m., according to jail records.

Robles is accused of performing the sexual act on his dog, named Chain, police said.

Police went to Robles’ home after receiving a tip from the Osceola County Sheriff’s Department in Florida, according to Lt. Rebecca Brown with Clayton police.

Robles previously lived in the Kissimmee, Fla., area.

It’s unclear what has happened to the dog, but Robles claims it is now dead, Brown said.

There have been multiple reports of the man approaching women at a Target store in Clackamas, deputies said Wednesday.

A woman who said she is a victim of the man spoke with a FOX 12 reporter, but did not want to be identified. She said the man approached her in a secluded part of the store and asked her to put on a pair of high heels. He told her he was shopping for his wife and wanted to know if the shoes were too uncomfortable, according to the victim.

She tried on the shoes and the man began touching her inappropriately, the victim said. She said the man rubbed his face against her thigh.
