MILWAUKEE, WISCONSIN — An Illinois man was accused of stealing more than $45,000 worth of eyeglasses from suburban Milwaukee stores because he enjoys being around eyewear. Jerry Lowery, 38, was charged with three counts of armed robbery and one count of fleeing an officer. The charges carry a maximum penalty of more than 120 years in prison and a $310,000 fine.
Prosecutors said Lowery walked into three shops between April and July and said he had a gun. They say he took more than 500 pairs of high-end glasses including Prada and Gucci brands, but didn’t take cash. Read the rest of this entry »

Robles likes it doggie style
Edwin Robles, 53, faces a felony bestiality charge, according to police. He was booked into the Clayton County jail in the early morning hours Friday, and was released around 9:30 p.m., according to jail records.
Robles is accused of performing the sexual act on his dog, named Chain, police said.
Police went to Robles’ home after receiving a tip from the Osceola County Sheriff’s Department in Florida, according to Lt. Rebecca Brown with Clayton police. Read the rest of this entry »

The 39-year-old, whose given name is Nora Baumberger, is angry because her name had been placed on an election ballot in the city of Wesel, Germany, and doesn’t want anyone to vote for her, according to The Local .

There have been multiple reports of the man approaching women at a Target store in Clackamas, deputies said Wednesday.
A woman who said she is a victim of the man spoke with a FOX 12 reporter, but did not want to be identified. She said the man approached her in a secluded part of the store and asked her to put on a pair of high heels. The rapper had hired 20 bikini-clad girls to recreate scenes from ‘Boogie Nights’ for the video, which he was shooting in Ibiza. However, the villa used for the video is apparently notorious for holding wild sex parties, so when the Germans saw TV cameras and filming equipment, coupled with the video extras, they got the wrong end of the stick. “It was very weird,” a local taxi driver said of the incident. “The Germans must have seen all those girls arriving and thought their luck was in!”
