Foot Fetishist Sentenced

SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA – A Santee man was placed on five years’ probation today for paying young girls or offering them drugs or alcohol to let him play with their feet.

Peter Douglas Mueser also was ordered by El Cajon Superior Court Judge William McGrath to register as a sex offender and must live in a supervised environment, Deputy District Attorney Claudia Grasso said.

Mueser, 49, pleaded guilty in August to two counts of committing lewd acts on a child, Grasso said. He was arrested in May after a yearlong investigation during which seven victims were located, police said. The girls were between the ages of 7 and 14 at the time of the incidents, some of which go back 10 years.
