The stripper has been ordered to stand trial at the County Court next month. Naggs, who performs as “Tiffany”, pleaded not guilty at the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court.
She was accused of sexually penetrating the best man with a sex toy at the party, attended by over 30 men, on the Mornington Peninsula last year, reports the Daily Telegraph.
While the man said that he felt violated by the incident, Naggs claims that he co-operated during the act.
She told the police that she has already apologised to the victim if in case she had hurt him, but maintained that she did not do anything.
Magistrate Elizabeth Lambden has also revealed that the alleged victim has confessed to having a brief conversation with Naggs, where he had told her in advance what he could be comfortable doing as part of the act.
The judge said that though there were lapses in the witness accounts, there was enough evidence to send the case to a jury.
